Dr. Frankie B. Graham-Brown, is dynamic public speaker, podcast host, and academic instructor.
Dr. Graham-Brown has over a decade leading and directing in the social service/non-profit sector. Dr. Graham-Brown has a knack for integrating real-world issues into her teaching pedagogy filling students with her humor and real-life scenarios to create a unique and long-lasting teaching experience. Her passion is to develop an education to work pipeline for marginalized students.
In Dr. Graham-Brown’s previous executive role she was responsible for managing a department of over 100 staff members and coordinated care for 65 individuals with a variety of mental, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Her heart-centered approach to leading and supporting others keeps Dr. Graham-Brown in the public sector working tirelessly for those who need her skills the most.
She is a native of Gary, IN who graduated with her Master of Management (2013) and Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Conflict Management (2021) both from Sullivan University in Louisville, KY. Dr. Graham-Brown combines her love for education and religious studies as an online Business Adjunct for South Florida Bible College.
Dr. Graham-Brown is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., President of the Bronx Toastmasters Club, loves co-hosting her podcast with her husband and being a life-guide to her daughters Zola and Zaryn Grace.
